چکیده
Depending on a number of variables, heavy metals from both natural and anthropogenic sources may accumulate in fish bodies heads aquatic environments. This study intends to evaluate the degree metal bioaccumulation Tilipia Otamiri river. A sample dry tissue weighing around one gram was weighed, placed into polyethylene tubes, treated with 8 ML nitric acid 4 perchloric acid. An atomic absorption spectrophotometer used determine presence tissues. The amount present sections listed as follows: Lead varies 32.00-7.23mg/kg, greatest value found head that caught Otammiri River. Zinc ranges 16.75 mg/kg 17.13 mg/kg, highest recorded head. Copper concentrations range 1.50 5.43 iron 67.25 90.58 heads. Nickel 5.78 13.90mg/kg cadmium 1.38 3.68mg/kg; has concentration these elements. region fish's discovered have all metals. is due fact gills are first organs be exposed exposure significant site for intake. However, when levels this Rivers compared WHO's tolerable standard, were significantly higher, raising serious concerns because, by accounts, River highly contaminated could negative impact human health if consumed. Therefore, steps should done prevent additional contamination.
